You can use something like this: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-mu-sitewide-tags/ just make sure it is working with the current wordpress version you have. ( test it on a staging environment if possible )

thanks, im using that and helped me alot, but only does not show feautred images, what should i do? i also checked “Include Post Thumbnails” but didnt effect

I suggest you try to switch to another theme temporarily and disable other plugins to see that this is not a conflict issue and we don’t miss basic troubleshooting. If the problem still there I suggest you post to the plugin’s support thread here: https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/wordpress-mu-sitewide-tags#postform
