Show complete results

Is it possible to show the complete answers in the backend, like “question x – answer x, question y – answer y …” instead of the format „x out of y points“ for each scale?
The answers are in several database tables and I´m sure it´s possible to combine the results in excel, but it would be great if there´s an easier way.
