Shortcodes don't work

Hi Y’all,

I just did a fresh install and everyting works fine.
Except the shortcodes.

I have two plugins which have shortcodes:

Lazyest Gallery and Contact Form 7…both of them are not showing want they need to show in the page or post when i use a shortcode.

is this an error in my install, in my theme or is there something worong with the plugins (wich i doubt, couse they always work fine on other installs)
