Hello and great plugin. What is the shortcode to hardcode where I want and not using the widget?

Hi,

The plugin doesnt include a shortcode, it needs to be added via a widget area. You can create new widget areas for the places you want to include it in. See following tutorial:

Or the Pro version has a shortcode, along with 17 different network tabs:
