Shortcode not working

I’m using oblique theme and i have removed sidebar and i have not added subscription plugin in sidebar. I directly called through shortcode <?php es_subbox( $namefield = “YES”, $desc = “”, $group = “” ); ?> in the header.php file. But while submitting the email its showing loading… . I have also removed commented line in es-widgetpage.js file also. pls give me a solution. very emergency. pls
