Shortcode not working

    We have this shortcode in our page under the section,
    “Step 1 Download”

    Now it is invisible as it got the white font, when you highlight on it, we see shortcode,
    [xyz-ips snippet=”web-apps-step-1″]

    It was working until last week. Now it is not workink instead showing the snippet shortcode as it is.
    How can we fix this issue?
