Shortcode display on pdf

    First, thanks for this awesome plugin. I need to save my whole site to pdf, and this plugin going to be my savior.
    The only problem i have right now, is that is printing me one of my shortcodes on the pdf. I’m using PHP Browser Detection so my posts know if [is_desktop] so it can adjust something via javascript, and when i print the post, it display the whole shortcode and it content. Any idea what i can do?

    My first aproach was using the solution of css, but i have more than 2000 posts… and changing each one adding a div to the code…
