Short Code not showing up

Hello, I am using the current version of Simple Shopping Cart on the following website:
http://www.paintandasplash.com in the calendar section.
We add events and use the short code so customers can purchase “tickets” to the event. When we put in the short code as described:
[wp_cart_button name=”Whimsical Tree” price=”$30.00″]

[show_wp_shopping_cart]

and click on “update” and view the event, the short code does not function. No paypal link, no shopping cart.

Please advise
