    Hello,
I installed your plugin and found it wouldn’t quite work for me – I have an unusual use – so when I uninstalled it I noticed my cart page has changed the word “shipping” on my cart total block to “shipping 1”. Do you have any idea how I can correct this? I have tried deleting my shipping zone and remaking it and it didn’t change.

    Thank you,

    Hi @savingpatterns,

I’m sorry to hear you’re running into that strange “shipping 1” labeling issue. To be completely honest, this is the first time we’ve encountered a case like this, as our plugin isn’t designed to rename or modify standard WooCommerce core strings or labels.

Are you sure this change was triggered by our plugin? It sounds like it could be a conflict or a setting left over from another tool. To help us rule everything out, could you try the following “clean” test?

    1. Deactivate all plugins except for WooCommerce.
    2. Check your cart page to see if the name reverts to the standard “shipping”.
    3. If the name is back to normal, reactivate your plugins one by one, checking the cart after each activation.

This process is the best way to pinpoint exactly which plugin is causing the problem. I strongly suspect it might not be our Canada Post plugin, as it typically doesn’t touch those specific display labels, but this test will give us a definitive answer.

Let me know what you find, and I’ll be happy to help you dig deeper!

Thank you for that information. I tried disabling most everything but woo and it’s still there. It must be a bug in my theme or woo. I only posted here because that is when I noticed it, I am admittedly bad at checking every single page when I install/remove plugins. Sound like it was from before I tried your plugin.

Thank you very much for your help.

I’m closing this thread for now, but if you need help, feel free to write.
