Sharing WordPress Page on Facebook

Hi guys,

When pasting a WordPress link into Facebook, is there a way to control what shows up in Facebook’s preview?

Currently, the preview only contains the blog pages url, and a thumbnail picture that I don’t really want.

Are there plugins available to help with this? I remember a previous theme contained an excerpt box, which I’m guessing had something to do with this?
