Sharing to Facebook

I have sharing buttons on my pages (I think they’re from JetPack plugin). When I click to share the page that has a poll on it, the text that is shared on Facebook is ‘my page title’ ‘my website’ and ‘[yop_poll id=”4″]’ No picture is shown even though I have a featured image set for the page and a picture in the text section.

Has anyone else encountered this?

Any way an image can be shared any ideally also not ‘[yop_poll id=”4″]’?
