I have two blogs setup on wordpress. I want each one to make its own separate content, however on occasion, be able to share one post that can be featured on both blog homepages (NOT with a widget). Is there any plugin out there that can help me achieve this preferably if I can post to the same category as the main site.

You could just copy and paste the post to the other blog.

A quick search shows that this isn't possible, even the suggestion I was going to give wouldn't work (it involves playing with the database).

Copying and pasting is a hassle. I have two companies using each domain, it's easier to just code it. There's no plugin? I swear I've seen one that does this before? I'm using a network with multisite btw.

  4. look in the repo for multisit or threewpbroadcast.

Yeah that's not the ones I was referring to. There was one that shared categories and if I made a post on one site then it would share it via categories with the other site using a network.

  6. Gonna have to give a bit more to go on. ;)

Sitewide tags plugin carries all cats and tags to the main or tags blog from all posts.

No this just installed a brand new site to share posts. What I'm looking for and I've used it before. It actually shares categories with all sites on a network. If you post, you can post directly into that category, thus accessing it from any website in the network.

Oh I think I found it. It's called multipost MU. However, I cannot share categories, but I guess I can make them myself

At least that's easier to do (and only once) :-)
