Shares not getting counted

Hello to the creator of this plugin,

I recently shared and tweeted a post of mine on the Facebook and Twitter. Then I checked the share counts and they do not get added up at all.

I checked the plugin and couldn’t find out what is causing the counts not to get added at all.

Can you please assist me to resolve the issue? Thank you.
