Share Botton

Instead of using a plugin, I would like to add the code for share buttons at the end of each post in the functions.php page. I’ve been searching for the code to use for wordpress, but I can seem to find it. I was able to do it with my previous blogger blog, but the code doesn’t seem to work with wordpress. I prefer to do this instead of a plugin since I have my own graphics I created and I can’t find a plugin that works well with this. I also want it directly under my signature, so I know where I need to place it in the functions.php page.
I specifically want for pinterest, facebook, google+, twitter and email.
