    Hi,

    The link you sent me is to an internal page of WordPress, and is not accessible without access to your WordPress. To display the four fields in the same row, you simply should enter the text: column4, through the “Add Css Layout Keywords” attribute, of the four consecutive fields. Please, read the answer to the question: “Q: Is there a way to format the form in a table structure (various fields in the same line)?”, in the FAQ page of the plugin:
