Setup related queries?

Hello,

1. How do I manually approve user registrations or setup same? Only then a user is allowed to login i.e after admin approval
2. Is it possible to email an activation link?
3. Looks like default user type is subscriber, which is good. But does one register other user types?
4. Is there a way to verify phone number with OTP?
