• Dear Team,

First of all a great Bravo and Thank you for a very classy Testimonials Slider!

I shall cut straight to the chase as I did something that has completely ruined the sliders AND my Landing page.

I had a problem with the content of the testimonials in the slider, being that when i used HTML
    (e.g. <span style=”font-family: ‘PF Monumenta Pro’; color: #181d58;”>EQ</span><span style=”font-family: Goudy-Old-Style; color: #ed1c24;”>nomics</span><span style=”color: #181d58;”>®</span>)
then the testimonial that appeared in the slider would have the word ‘broken’ in pieces with each piece on a different line.

In trying to resolve this I was looking for a solution and came up with the advice under “How to retain specific HTML tags?” in your FAQ page here (http://guides.slidervilla.com/testimonial-slider/faqs/)

HOWEVER, the miscelaneous section in my Basic Settings DID NOT have a “Retain these html tags” option!!

I have VERY limited coding knowledge so when I came across the option “‘a’ element attributes” I thought you had substituted it with this one…

I went ahead and added the following in the available box “<span><style> and clicked SAVE CHANGES.

From that point on THE SETTINGS PAGE COMPLETELY DISAPPEARED!!!…

I have no option to change anything back…The Testionial Slider in my Landing Page is destroyed and so is everything below that!

Kindly urgently help me since this has to do not only with the slider but also with our site’s LANDING PAGE appearence. (apologies for the capitals were used!:))

Thank you in advance for a swift solution.

    Dear Team,

After 7 hours of waiting I have deleted and reinstalled the plugin and having started from scratch I am now at the point that you can see in http://www.eqnomics.org.

You will notice that in certain slides of the slider where there is some font and colour styling (as indicated in the above comment) the lines break therefore making each testimonial longer ans some incomplete as their finish ends up below the slider border.

For the time being I have left it like this so you can see and advise…

Would you be so kin as to offer some advise on how to overcome this?

    Many thanks!
