Settings not saving

    Hello,
    I have tried the free and pro version of the plugin and both do the same thing. The settings will not save in general, payment or email.
    I don’t see any one else with this issue.

    Is there something I am missing?

    Can you confirm your database has {wp_prefix}_giftvouchers_setting table? also, did you got any error while plugin installation?

    Sorry for commenting on the same thread but I have the same problem. The settings won’t save, When I refresh the page, they seem to revert back to the default ones.

    If possible can you please check your database? and check if {wp_prefix}_giftvouchers_setting table exist or not. Also, you can enable the debug mode from config file like here. and confirm of any error showing?

    If that table is not exist then please deactivate and delete the existing plugin and reinstall the plugin.

    Hello, the table does exist in the database. But these are the errors that are showing:

    Can you please try to reinstall the plugin? first please deactivate and delete it and then upload fresh. It will surely create new table and all will surely work fine.

    Let me know if still not working.

    I tried that too, It didn’t work. After reinstalling it’s showing some of the old settings and also the templates and gift items that I deleted.
