Settings do not work

website= bucll.com. I am having a backend issue, so that probably doesn’t matter.

Under settings, all the drop down boxes to change settings are locked. It is “frozen” on default settings and just shows a question mark. Everything is up to date regarding other plugins, wordpress version, and php. I do not know what else to try and am desperate to fix this. Thank you
