Setting up

OK, so on the wp-admin file, I have no idea what to do. I’m not sure where the password was supposed to be, so I think I found it but then when I entered admin and the password and clicked the button called <?php_e(‘Install WordPress’) and NOTHING HAPPENED? What do I do?
