Set Image/Icon URLs

    I want to be able to set where the facebook and twitter icon images links point to – is this configurable? In other words, if I click the facebook icon at the bottom of a blog post, I want it to point to my facebook page. Can it be set in the WordPress admin panel? Can it be set in the code?
