Sessions?

    Hi, I don’t know anything about “sessions” or very much about WP. I just finished an installation for a friend and he could not log in with the name and password provided on his computer. I changed the password several times but he could still not login, but I could. It may be an issue with his computer, I don’t know, but is there a possibility that it is a WP or PHP sessions thing?

    Were you trying to login simultaneously from different computers/IP addresses?

    No can do. Either you or the other guy, but not both together.

    That’s one of the design paradigms behind sessions to begin with.

    That was what I thought. Q: If I am off line and logged out for a certain period of time, will he then be able to login?

    Probably.

    Best thing to do is just make an account for you and an account for him. 😉
