Server error on comment call

    I recently installed a new theme on my jd-wp site. I’ve now noticed that any attempt to post a comment [/comments/#respond] is served with an – Internal Server Error and – Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
    I presume I have lost something from the old template, but I’m not sure what. Any help?
