Server 500 error on install.php. phpinfo works

    IIS 7, second wordpress install on this server to play with as a sandbox.
    Fresh directoy installed on the server. DB created.
    PHP handler mapped.
    Trying to load install.php
    phpinfo works
    Been messing with it for hours.
    Just cant get the install to load, or any other of the php files. Edited the config manually.

    I always get that everytime I try and install on IIS7. Just edit the wp-config-sample.php file manually and rename it to wp-config.php.

    Create a web.config file with the code below and place it into root.
