Serious Issues with Sliders

I created a website < http://eat4peace.com/ >based on the Multimedia Theme < http://iamthemes.com/themeforest/wordpress/multimedia/ > which looked great. But now the header which only shows one image when it is supposed to be a slider and the carousel at the bottom (Sponsors), which is supposed to scroll horizontally is now all screwy. Can somebody HELP?
