SEO Titles?

In a Google search, my page results look like this:

BLOGNAME » Blog Archive » Post Title

How do I make it so that it’s ONLY the post title, like this:

Post Title

I’m using an SEO plugin that changes “Post Title”, but it doesn’t stop Google from showing “BLOGNAME » Blog Archive” at the beginning.
