Sending wrong photo size

    I have been testing the downloads out for the different personal and commercial photos I have available. Upon purchase all the emails have the same size picture sent, no matter if it is commercial, personal, or the different size pictures I have offered. On the user side it shows the different size pictures, but all pictures sent are the original size uploaded. Is there a fix for this?

    Make sure that the images that you uploaded are actually large enough to to create the sizes you are selling. If you are trying to sell image sizes that are larger than the original file that you uploaded, Sell Media will default to the largest image size available (which is the original file that you uploaded).
