Hello, since the beginning of the year I have been having problems sending the newsletters of my wordpress site lachipper.com (site ground hosting)
Mailpoet sending is set and I have deleted all invalid email addresses, but it doesn’t work.
Furthermore, when I try to preview the text, it refers me to the homepage of my site instead of the text of the newsletter…

This could be related to an incompatibility with the MailPoet Task Scheduler and Siteground. Could you please refer to this tutorial and implement a Server Side Cron?

Thank you. I created the crontab on Siteground with a frequency of 1 minute as requested by the Mailpoet plugin of my wordpress site, but despite all the sending of the newsletters does not resume and the preview always refers me to my homepage. Siteground support has checked and says everything is set up correctly for them so I don’t know what to do. At this point I will have to remove Mailpoet and install another plugin. What I don’t understand is why for a year it has always worked and the problems arose only in January ….. could it depend on the theme?
