Sendblaster subscription problems

Hi, I’m working on redoing my band’s web page and decided to use send blaster and the plug in that it has to do mailing lists. Set up went well and was not a problem, however the issue is when I test putting in an email address to the mailing list widget and hit the download button in the sendblaster program it sends me the host email (or the e-mail that I am using inside of the sendblaster program)

Any help would be appreciated and I can give more details if needed
