I’m also having the same issue. I have 2 forms, both were working and just stopped after some editing.

Turns out it was something to do with the variables. Was trying to customising the sending options by adding [email] from my form and the form just couldnt work even after double-checking the name of the variables.
Yikes!
I didn’t really do any editing… should I be looking out for something? It just won’t send/redirect/go anywhere.

You are using one more Contact Form plugin on your site, or there is contact form functionality in your theme. Please try to deactivate all other contact form plugins on your site. After this our Contact Form by Supsystic will work fine.

You need to use this variable – [user_email] instead of [email]
Please try it.
It is still not working for me. They weren’t activated to begin with. So I removed it and it is still the same.
