can you send me the link that in connected to the folder.
Just right click on the folder and copy the link.
So far no luck with this yet, I haven’t forgotten about you still working on a solution.
FYI, I upgraded to WordPress v4.4.1 and Memphis Docs v3.1.2 and still encounter the same issue.
Let me know if you require further information to troubleshoot this.
Thank you,

try this
404 Error when trying to access document page
If you get a 404 error when trying to access your Memphis documents pages try going to Setting>Permalinks and pressing Save. This may solve the issue, if it doesn’t please contact me for more support.
I can actually access the Memphis documents pages OK. It is only a problem through the WP Admin when I select the folder names. Anyway, I did try what you suggested (Setting/Permalinks/Save) and still have the same problem as outlined above.

Derek Atkins
you may need to delete the problem folders, in pervious version of mDocs there was a bug that created duplicate id’s of folder unfortunately the only solution is to delete the problem folder and recreate them.
