Selecting Different template rather than Theme Default Template

Hello,
First of all your plugin is awesome. We can customize the way we want which many plugin creators dont give access. When a cuisne or course is selected and if there is no posts currently the plugin uses default theme templkate right. is there a way can we change that? i want to use a specific template from my theme.
