Select options for User to register

Good morning, folks! I have a doubt. Did I get that when one signs up on my website, will have two radius fields. For example, a radiu field will be written “Client” and the other will be written “Technical” . If the person selected client has to register as a client and select the coach, the same thing. So I need two fields , which selected, will register with the same client or technician. Can anyone give such help there? Thank you guys.
