Select not showing

Our contact page uses a shortcode:

<?php echo do_shortcode(‘[contact-form-7 id=”2aad2c3″ title=”Contact Form”]’); ?>

We copied that from the CF7 form builder.

In the builder we have a select field:

[select contact-enquiry-type first_as_label “Shareholder” “Investor” “Broker” “Careers” “Community” “Media” “Other”]

However, this select field is not output on the front end. Help appreciated.
