I need is a simple example of a custom multi-select checkbox field, Similar to the term-checklist field which is present by default in the job listing custom post type.

Hi @hariom61234,

If Multi-select Categories is enabled, the category select box will default to a multiselect on the [jobs] shortcode. You can change the settings in WP Admin > Job Listings > Settings, so feel free to try it out!
