Select Field Will Not Scroll

    My employer has decided that they would like the contact form to have country selection/ state selection. Country selection is fine, but the state selection, because there are so many options, it does not display all, and does not offer a scroll bar.
    On a side note – is there a way to make it so country selection impacts the state field. E.g. if they select Canada, only display provinces?

    Hi, do you currently have Country selection enabled in your contact form? If you do have country selection how did you set it up? Can you share your URL?

    This is really my first go around with this plugin, and I’m not sure what you mean by country selection. Here is the URL: http://www.fdm4.com/contact/

    Please note that for functionality reasons, we have changed state selection to be limited to a two character text response.

    Hi,

    I tried it out – still no success. Have updated the form to show my issue, check out the “states” menu. no way to scroll through options.

    Hi, can you test one of WordPress default themes like Twenty Fifteen. This will prove whether it is or not your theme causing any issues.

    Can you also share the settings for these fields?

    Hi,

    Unfortunately, I can’t. This is a live site, and we are already way behind on the WordPress version.
    My goal is to do the minimal need to ensure there is no crash, until I get the go ahead to do a re-create.
    If there is nothing that can be done, I will just bandage it up for now, and use a text field. I had hoped maybe I was missing a button, or something in the HTML/ CSS.

    Hi, you can test a theme on the back end without affecting the website in any way.
