Seeking Advice for Map Function

I’m looking to host a map on my travel blog of places I’ve gone. Google Maps seems easy enough to embed, buuutttt…..

I was hoping that was a way to embed a map that could automatically update when an address field was populated in the editor. Am I crazy for thinking that’s possible? I’d like to place the address somewhere within the post, then when I publish the post, the map would update and include that address. Basically, I’m looking to avoid to manually updating the map every week.

Any ideas??
