Sections Services with link to another page

Hello friends, me again.

I have a new doubt. In my home page, i have three services, ok, so i like to link this services to another page, but i don’t found where in code i can change url link to url the page to this service.
Actually, links are like “http://ggquimica.com.br/#” just it i need to change, this link.

It’s possible?
