Plugin: Section Widget

Hi – Thought this was going to be my savior but now not sure. Have installed and see it in my menu of available widgets. Have dragged and dropped in into the widget column. Would like to know how to associate other specific widget functions such as tag cloud and twitter feed and mp3 to certain category pages (does not need to be tabbed). Are there step by step directions anywhere on how to do this? Please excuse my ignorance. Thank you.
