Second ajad load has the wrong permalink

    The page has an URL like name-of-page-2/

    the first load is sent to name-of-page-2/page/2
    but the second goes to name-of-page-3/page/2 which gives a 404 so it stops.

    it works just fine if I remove the number from the categories permalink but thats not really an option.

    What can I do to fix this?
