Searching for Plugin

    There are a lot of plugins for notifications bars that go above the menu, I have searched high and low for a plugin that gives me a notification bar that I can edit BELOW the menu to put a few call to action buttons in. Similar to on this site:

    My pages on a blog so there are widgets going down the right column, and if I add it directly to the page using visual composer, it only shows up in the body section and with a gap below the menu.

    I am willing to pay if the plugin does exactly what I need. It would be even better if it worked with Visual Composer, but I doubt that one is out there 🙂

    Anyone know of anything?
