Searching content loaded with php

I’ve got a store section of my site that I want to set up to be searched. I’ve tried the search plugins to allow searching of pages as well as posts, but they don’t work. I realized it is because the store products are loaded with a php code. Is there anything to allow a search of content loaded with php besides using Google search?
