Search result customization

Hi

I am trying to customize the wp search result so that it goes directly to the relevant page(s)/post(s) instead of first showing the search results (including author, date and page/post title).

Example: Search for “thailand” on my page returns only one page titled “thailand”. The search result url in this example would be http://www.example.com/?s=thailand. I want it to be just http://www.example.com/thailand.

Is that possible?
