Search Loop Not Returning Pages

    So I’m trying to create a custom search results page, but for some reason the have_posts() on search.php is only returning TRUE if there are posts that match the query…it’s not showing pages that match the query.

    I haven’t done extra development regarding search. Has anyone else had this problem, or can you think of any common reasons why this might occur?
