Scroll behavior removed

Hi,

I have a page set up with anchor points. Clicking my menu items smoothly scrolls to each page section. Upon installing MMM, the scroll is gone, and the page abruptly jumps to the location, and the location is slightly higher than it should be, cutting off some text at the top of the view port.
How can I return the scroll behavior?
