    Hello,

    I have two questions.

    1) I’ve recently realised that a form currently on http://www.cyberfootprint.eu/kontakt/ did not fire a Google Tag Manager script that was supposed to fire on the on_sent_ok hook. Here is the complete code:

    on_sent_ok: "dataLayer.push({'event' : 'form-submitted-contact-cz'});"

That has negatively impacted data in Analytics. I am afraid that it’s going to happen on my clients’ sites as well. Am I making a mistake in implementation?

    2) Also, it sometimes happens that the contact form gets sent, but it doesn’t show the “Form sent successfully” line underneath the body of the form. Javascript is enabled.

This confuses the users into sending the form multiple times.

Just in case, I am using WordPress Divi theme. Is it possible there are any known bugs in their compatibility?

Could you please advise on the best course of action?

    Thank you,

    Honza

    Hey buzztone!

Thanks for letting me know. I have already tried disabling the theme and found out that it might have been the case. Disabling plug-ins changed nothing.

    Cheers!

    H.
