Scripting Issue

    Hi,

    I’m copied the website cwcab.org.uk and uploaded it to citizensadvicecw.org.uk.

    However, I’ve experienced the following error:
    citizensadvicecw.org.uk [Fri Aug 04 09:38:52 2017] [error] [client 92.60.112.4:51544] AH01215: PHP Fatal error: require(): Failed opening required ‘/home/cluster-sites/2/c/citizensadvicecw.org.uk/public_html/wp-includes/load.php’; (include_path=’.:/usr/share/pear54:/usr/share/php’) in /home/cluster-sites/2/c/citizensadvicecw.org.uk/public_html/wp-settings.php on line 19: /home/cluster-sites/2/c/citizensadvicecw.org.uk/public_html/index.php

    WP-settings Line 19 reads “require( ABSPATH . WPINC . ‘/load.php’ );”

    I imagine that there is some kind of file reference error.

    What would you suggest?

    Thanks for this. I might be even more confused now.

    Both sites are hosted by 123-reg. I think that I probably need to replace the file paths but I can’t see a way of installing new plugins such as Velvet Blues in their dashboard.

    I think that I’m also going to need to export the MySQL database, but this doesn’t look very easy in 123-reg either.
