Script embedding isn't working…help…

    For some reason none of the embed script plugins I try work. Each time a piece of the code is removed and replaced with something like

    /*<![CDATA[*/functi

    I have been unable to set up adwords conversion tracking and google optimizer so far.

    Was something changed in a recent update that would cause this? Because I have never heard of this happening before.

    The plugins I’m working with right now are:

    Google Website Optimizer for WordPress by Filippo Toso
    Creative Clans Embed Script by Guido Tonnaer

    Here are the other plugins I have activated:

    Akismet
    All in one SEO Pack
    Broken Link Checker
    Easy Privacy Policy
    Google XML Sitemaps
    PHPBB Single Sign On
    phpbb_recent_topics
    W3 Total Cache
    WordPress.com Stats
    WordPress Database Backup

    Could any of these be causing this?

    Please help
