First, I want to apologize for overlooking your post on our forum, that was a mistake on our side.
Upon checking further, I have to second what my colleague Taha stated, the one who responded to your forum post (which is public) isn’t from our team, he asked you to contact him through his own website, which isn’t related to ours at all.
Our mistake here was not deleting his comment, that’s because the ticket generated in our system for that post wasn’t visible on our side (and that’s why we couldn’t respond to your post).
I’m following up on your ticket now, will get this sorted 100%.
