@andromeda555 – If you are using the Insert Gallery Windows (aka IGW … the “green button”) what does happen when you click on the “Save” button? Can you take a screen shot of what you see after you click the IGW “Save” button for reference?

@photocrati first thanks for support i can take screenshot but nothing happend if i click the “save” button… Now i try it again and the “save” button works but what could be the reason for that? BUT now on the webside where the piture should be is this error “Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 67108864 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 2592 bytes) in /users/mind-life/www/wp-content/plugins/nextgen-gallery/products/photocrati_nextgen/modules/nextgen_data/package.module.nextgen_data.php on line 4253”
@andromeda555 – These types of error messages generally point to your server not have enough memory to work with. As noted in the other topic, please contact your web hosting service and ask them to increase your server’s PHP Memory Limit to at least 128MB (preferably 256MB) … also ask them to adjust the upload limits as appropriate to match the new Memory Limit.
